Ingredients: green beans, carrots, corn, green peas, sweet peppers, onions.
COOKING METHOD: 1. Place vegetables in a frying pan with a little oil in it and fry for 6-8 minutes. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If needed, add 100 ml of water. 3. Simmer covered over low heat for another 5-7 minutes until done.
