This is then mixed with filtered water and less than 1% of organic guar gum,extracted from the seeds of the guar plant. Organic coconut milk adds a rich and creamy flavor to classicregional dishes, soups, curries, sauces, desserts and beverages. Due to its creaminess this product is an ideal dairy replacement in recipes and ice cream.
