STORAGE CONDITIONS Keep Frozen at a temperature of -18°C or less At home: Immediately place the product in a freezer that maintains a temperature of -18°C or below. Use the product within 2 months after opening the pack. Cook frozen. Not to be refrozen after defrosting

COOKING INSTRUCTION For better taste, defrost breast steak in the fridge overnight. Preheat a pan to medium heat with 1 tbsp of oil or butter. Remove chicken breast steak from packaging and place them in the pan. Cook them for a few minutes and then turn to the opposite side and cook for another few minutes, until fully cooked.
